Our Manifesto

# We prefer to refuse a project than to conceive it poorly.

IT has become too complex. Too opaque. Providers sell you solutions you don't need, using words you don't understand.

At Compleus, we say **STOP**.

## The 4 Pillars of Compleus

These are not just empty words. It is our moral contract with you.

### Human First

Technology must serve people. We adapt the tool to your teams, never the other way around. If a solution is technically perfect but unusable, it is a failure.

### Radical Transparency

No hidden costs. No 'black magic'. We explain every choice, every budget line. You know exactly what you are buying.

### Technical Independence

We do not earn commissions on the software we recommend. Our only interest is yours. If a free open-source solution is the best, we will tell you.

### Commitment to Results

We do not sell man-days, we sell solutions that work. We stay committed until your problem is solved.

## Take back control of your IT.
